This investment property was spacious and always booked, but the owner knew it was time for a refresh. We handled the interior materials specifications as well as creating some space planning changes that increased the profits of the rental by generating more sleeping spaces. Finally we updated furniture and furnishings throughout making the listing pictures sing. This one stays booked!

We designed the interiors of this development with the owner, creating each unit unique from its neighbor. The unit shown was outfitted for an out of town buyer as an investment property. Carrying the modern theme throughout the home with furniture and details made it feel warm and inviting. It has been a hit with the long term renters as well as the investor.

We worked with multiple owners of this home as the designers that were hired and with each new owner. We redesigned both bathrooms and the kitchen, giving new life to this 100 year old beauty located in Cascade. What started as a private home has become a valuable piece of property in the owner's vacation rental portfolio.
